Casual Early Childhood Educator (Cert III) - Multiple Vacancies

We are looking for motivated, engaged and enthusiastic team members to join our team as Casual Early Childhood Educators at our Benjafield and Berriedale Centres. You will be responsible for providing the effective delivery of Council’s Child Care Connections professional and educational programs and services to children aged from birth to 7 years and their families.

The successful applicants will:

• Actively contribute and participate in the efficient, effective, and flexible development and delivery of the educational program
• Demonstrate sound understanding and knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Quality Standard
• Work effectively in a small team environment, fostering a positive team atmosphere
• communicate effectively and be a positive role model for children and colleagues
• Be supportive and professional in delivering excellent customer service
• Be able to multi-task ensuring children are well supervised, and that their health and safety is always maintained

Qualifications required:

• Certificate III Level: Certificate III in Children’s Services or actively working towards this certification or equivalent (as per the ACECQA website)

All casual positions require a current Working With Vulnerable Persons Check

Position Hours: Casual Hours

Salary range:

• Certificate III Level:Schedule C, Salary Point 1 to 2: $50,810.00 to $53,497.06, pro-rata (plus casual loading & superannuation)
