The Construction Worker (Defect Backlogger) plays a multifaceted and critical role in identifying roadside defects for the core operations for the RoadTek crews.To be a Defect Backlogger, you should have experience or the ability to acquire rapid knowledge to perform several duties, including but not limited to: – Previous experience in road construction and culvert structures- Ability to identify defects in road and culvert infrastructures- Understanding of industry standards and treatments required to repair defects (TMR specifications)- Experience with using computers and programs associated with civil and maintenance works- Ability to multi-task, self-manage and work autonomously on projects and reporting requirements to meet deadlines.If this sounds like an opportunity that interests you, do not pass up the chance.
