About your new role:
As Customer Service Manager you will coach and develop a team of Customer Service Coordinators in delivering an exceptional resident experience that focuses on fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment.
This role is a unique mix of property management from a leasing perspective and hotel front office supervisory duties with a focus on reservations and administration. Your days will include tasks such as banking, administration and overseeing the reservations process for residents, finding creative ways to market the properties, showing rooms, conducting inspections and general customer service at our front office reception desk.
About You:
You will be more than just a friendly presence; you are a crucial link in creating a supportive culture and inspiring community within the property. Whilst providing an exceptional customer experience is your forte, you will have a natural ability to resolve issues and possess experience in providing hands-on operational security and incident management in a residential setting.
Our mandatory requirements include:
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Working with Children’s Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
