Data Integrations Specialist I

A typical day in the life of a successful Integration Specialist requires technical project management prowess and excellent communication skills. You will receive projects triaged by your Team Lead, set up scoping integration calls with clients, and communicate with any stakeholders to keep projects moving forward. You will also participate in continuous improvements projects on an ongoing basis.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a background in client-facing support roles as well as data validation and integration. You will help Absorb’s clients solve business problems by carrying out data imports and exports to integrate their systems with Absorb, as well as supporting data issues and various turnkey integrations.

What you’ll do:
Scoping, implementing, and maintaining data imports and exports using Absorb’s data integration tool.
Gathering and documenting project requirements, confirming project scope, and working with clients to develop achievable timelines and program goals for their LMS implementation.
Managing client projects to completion according to client timelines and requirements.
Delivering training, consulting, and best practice information on Absorb products & services.
Supporting and implementing additional products and integrations such as RESTful API, Single Sign On, CRM/HRM integrations, etc.
Assisting and collaborating with other Absorb teams on technical and data-related issues.
Updating and maintaining internal documentation resources.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to provide the best possible service experience in every interaction.
What you’ll bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing, training clients, and managing data migrations for a SaaS software company or similar
Strong Communication skills (both written and oral) and presentation capabilities, with an ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to audiences at varying technical levels
Experience implementing, training, and/or managing data migrations for a SaaS software
Strong analytical skills to model and solve complex business requirements and make recommendations on best practices
Able to maintain high-quality service delivery and supporting documentation
Self-driven, able to work independently and with a team
Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience with RESTful API, Single Sign On and SQL
Experience with CRM and HRIS applications (e.g. Salesforce, ADP, BambooHR, UKG Pro, Dayforce, Workday, etc.)
Second language, French or Spanish would be considered an asset
