This is a fundamental role for the bank, and you will have exposure to financial services applications including Core Banking, Internet Banking, call centre, CCTV applications as well as exposure to Active Directory, Group Policies and MDM technologies.

You will be integral in taking Police Bank on its journey to M365, Intune and Windows 11.

You will also be joining a high performing team responsible for technology solutions, projects and support to Police Bank as well as have the opportunity to work with multiple service providers in a dynamic and application diverse environment.

What will you be doing?

You will perform your role in a fast paced environment addressing a variety of level 1 and Level 2 tasks and providing superior internal service, over the phone, in person and online to employees including troubleshooting, software installation and configuration, tuning and network support.

What will make you successful in this role?

You are a team player, passionate about providing superior service and you have a “can-do” attitude. You bring an innate curiosity that drives effective outcomes and creates meaningful collaboration to deliver superior results for the bank.

Strong IT networking and troubleshooting experience is highly desirable, however, if you have experience in service desk, contact centre or help desk, have experience with patching desktops and laptops and ready to take the next step in your career and have a willingness to learn new applications we would like to hear from you.
