Forex CFD Account Manager

Overview of the position

The Account Manager is responsible for managing ongoing client relationships. They are tasked with building long-term relationships with clients and providing education, support and general guidance. Their objective is to facilitate clients when using the Xtrade platform. The account manager endeavors to provide the client with the relevant education and support to navigate challenges within the platform or market, all whilst working within the guidelines set by our regulator, ASIC.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions to Operations Manager
• Meet Monthly Targets

Skills & Experience

• RG-146Foreign Exchange and Derivatives (General Advice) desirable; but not necessary as we will provide it
• Experience working as an Account manager or similar role in the finance industry.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, and phone
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
• Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
• Ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
• Willingness to assist, support and learn from others within the team.
• Time management/organisation
• Ability to work under pressure
