Job Description:
- Assist with investigate opportunities to acquire assets that align with our investment objectives and capital requirements of our investor profile
- Assist with contract negotiations implementation of optimal fund structures for new acquisitions
- Maintain an extensive network of debt partners to assist with raising funds for a variety of different projects
- Oversee the development of market research in key markets and sectors of focus for the fund and provide recommendations for new growth markets of sectors
- Lead the development of the financial models of new Projects & manage the review process for feasibility support for existing projects
- Assist the Investor Relationship Manager with reporting to Investors by providing meaningful analysis of existing projects
- Engagement and liaison with key stakeholders and contactors
- Oversee compliance and governance structures and contribute to relevant Investor Committees & Advisory Committees on behalf of the Fund as required.
- Overseeing reporting for the Fund from the Development teams across project
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of fund management experience with experience within a similar role.
- Excellent time management, decision-making, team management, attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and present to multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Positive energy, strong ethics and high customer service delivery
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
