In-House Corporate Lawyer for Telecommunications Client

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled In-House Corporate Lawyer to join their legal team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, technology, and procurement.
The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in top-tier corporate law firm or in-house role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including procurement, sales, distribution, and service agreements.
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including privacy and data protection, competition, and consumer protection laws.
- Advising on technology-related matters, including software licensing, data protection, and cybersecurity.
- Advising on corporate governance issues, including board and shareholder meetings, corporate filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing disputes and litigation matters, including liaising with external counsel as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a top-tier corporate law firm.
- Strong experience in commercial law, including drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with telecommunications law and regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience in technology and procurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in law is required, and admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction is essential.
