About the role

Insurance Officer

in our Member division, you’ll apply your analytical skills to support with back-office administration of our insurance products, which could include data processing, insurance maintenance, insurance premium payments and technical analysis.

Reporting to the Team Leader Technical Advice – Insurance, you’ll have the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the growing superannuation and life insurance industries. If you’re looking for a fast-paced role within a collaborative team, where you can showcase your ability to investigate problems, and devise innovative, customer-focussed solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

About you

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

Strong analytical skills with a mathematical aptitude

Prior knowledge of the superannuation and/or life insurance industries, or a willingness to learn

Experience operating in a high-volume environment whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail

Proven ability to quickly learn and master new computer systems

A passion for continuous improvement and looking for better ways for you and your team to operate.
