Kitchen Hand Description
We are seeking skilled and reliable kitchen staff to join our team. As a member of the kitchen staff, you will assist the chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Assist the chef in preparing ingredients and cooking a variety of dishes.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency in food preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices to ensure food quality and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the chef.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items as needed.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.

Job Title: Front of House Staff Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking friendly and energetic front of house staff to join our team. As a member of the front of house staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist guests in making menu selections and taking orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and restrooms.
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
