Your New Role
Wesley Mission Queensland is excited to recruit a Manager for our Specialist Disability Accommodation Services in the Northern Gold Coast Region. You will oversee the effective and efficient operations of WesleyCare Coomera and a new service opening in Hope Island. You will coach, mentor and supervise a team including Registered Nurses, Disability Support Workers, Therapy Assistants, Community Access Facilitators, Cooks/Chefs and Hospitality staff. You will be responsible for ensuring effective customer centred service delivery to all stakeholders including Residents, Families and the Disability sector. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Manage the implementation and ongoing delivery of NDIS and TAC Supported Accommodation supports in the service
Ensure all care to residents is developed in partnership with them, their families and significant others
Provide effective team management to create a positive collaborative team culture
Contribute to the preparation of the budget and service plans on an annual and monthly basis
Implement effective and efficient ways to improve the client experience
