Job Description

KPMG’s Risk Consulting practice helps our clients navigate complex business issues – shaping the thinking from boards to operational management to transform risk to advantage. We assist our clients to drive change, build resilience and enhance outcomes.

Within our KPMG’s Risk Consulting practice is our Insurance Claims and Workplace Health team which provides a wide range of claims management related consulting services to life insurers, workers compensation insurers, general insurers, personal injury insurers, reinsurers, self-insurers and superannuation funds.

Your Opportunity

Forming part of the Risk Consulting team you will play a key role in Insurance Claims & Workplace Health by:

  • Supporting a variety of exciting and dynamic engagements across Personal Injury Claims, WPH and Well being, Audit and Program Design Implementation.
  • Use problem solving skills to address clients issues and needs.
  • Be eager to design or innovate and explore new ways of working.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and internal KPMG colleagues across divisions.
  • Assist with developing “go to market” propositions and proposals.
  • Prioritise multiple tasks by using effective time management skills.

Your Experience

  • Min 4-5 years claims management experience in life insurance, CTP, General Insurance or Workers Compensation.
  • Experience in Rehabilitation or Personal Injury Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A motivated and professional approach with a demonstrated growth mindset.

Qualifications

We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Allied Health.
