System and Method Analyst
BGIS is experiencing strong company growth and requires a System and Method Analyst to join our existing team.
Role:
The Systems and Methods Analyst is responsible for:
- Supporting the Hospital Account Team
- Reviewing methods and procedures to identify process improvement areas
- Analysing current business workflows and systems to provide suggestions on systems and process improvements
- Developing strategies and solutions to successfully achieve business and project objectives
- Preparing recommendations and proposals for the improvement of operating procedures, processes and workflows
- Responding to all relevant systems-related queries from employees and stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining process, protocol and procedural documentation
- Management of Change; Communicating any changes to systems and processes to the business
- Maintain awareness of costs and expenditure associated with the systems and processes being worked on
- Analyse software license costings and software vendor enhancement and maintenance costs to ascertain best approach, best course of action and provide recommendations to management.
- Work closely with all operational staff and personnel to provide support on improvements to the systems and business processes
- Implement a continuous improvement program so that support for operational staff and personnel is being enhanced and adjusted to suit changing needs and requirements;
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years experience in a similar business consulting role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Teams
- Strong systems experience and understanding of ERP/Service Delivery software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with team members to accomplish business goals
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities
- Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
